Demibold Studio offers art direction, brand design, app design, website design, campaigns, and motion design. Each project's scope, timeline, and pricing will be outlined in a separate proposal.

How project works

Every project starts with a consultation and written proposal detailing deliverables, timeline, fees, and revision rounds. You're responsible for providing timely feedback, materials, and payment. Changes to the agreed scope may result in additional fees.

Payment terms

Payment schedules are specified in each proposal. Late payments may incur fees and delay work. Deposits are non-refundable. Final files are delivered after full payment is received.

Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined in your proposal. Additional revisions will be billed separately.

Intellectual property

You own the materials you provide to us. Upon full payment, you receive usage rights to the final deliverables as specified in your proposal. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing.

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime with written notice. Work completed to date will be billed, and deposits are non-refundable. We may terminate projects for non-payment or breach of terms.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep project information confidential.

Warranties

Our work is performed professionally and is our original creation or properly licensed. Services are provided "as is" without guarantees of specific results.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for your project. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruptions.

Portfolio usage

We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request confidentiality in writing at project start.

Disputes

Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation and mediation before litigation.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
